Design Features
Extremely compact, in-hub planetary design
Bearing and internal structure are ideal for applications with a maximum radial load capability up to 1000 kg *Drive wheel only
Standard design utilizes a 750 W or 400 W BLDC with 1:7-1:75 reduction ratios
Available options such as encoders, thermistor temperature output or a brake can be added to the moto
Ancillary items for mounting the wheel drive, housing the control, or cable management are available
The reaction force of the spring keeps the driving wheel in close contact with the ground, and the ground also provides the friction and adhesion required for the traction of the driving wheel at all times, ensuring that the AGV will not lose power due to uneven road surfaces.
In the different wheel train layouts of AGV, in order to ensure sufficient adhesion and friction between the driving wheel and the ground, in general, a shock-absorbing suspension buffer system must be installed to overcome the instability caused by uneven ground.
